Scope:
- Grow, hire and coach the operations team- Build Operations systems and processes- Utilize technology to optimise on performance - Manage inventory- Builds strong suppliers network- Manage logistics / delivery- Manage the Customer Satisfaction team- Own the operations budget - Secure operational savingsRequirements:
- 5+ Years of Experience in operations
- Good record with blue collars
- Strong analytical skills (Excel Guru)
- Passion for problem solving, background of Lean Six Sigma is a plus
- Attention to detail and willingness to roll-up sleeves to get the job done
- Previous leadership experience
- Previous experience in building & optimizing processes
- Fluent English
Salary is between 15 to 20K Gross and could go up slightly depending on experience.
