Description : 1.Participation in the construction and development of procurement
management and participate in the development and procurement policy and
actions plans. 2. Provide the needs of both the management of raw materials
and participation in appropriate budgeting. 3. To participate in the
construction and development of an annual plan for the needs of the needed
raw materials. 4. constantly searching for new suppliers of raw materials used
in manufacturing or operating. 5. Build and develop strong relationships with
suppliers and maintain. 6. luring quotations from suppliers and to compare and
choose the best. 7. negotiations with suppliers regarding management
(product quality, price, specifications, discounts, penalty clauses, returned
goods, delivery mechanism, discounts, payment method and duration ... etc
and reviewing contracts with them. 8. Action patrol plan with the end of each
year and update policies and procedures. 9. participation in the construction of
various structures and forms used in the management of procurement. 10.
maintaining files of internal and external purchase orders, bids, contracts and
forms used in the administration and internal correspondence pertaining to the
administration.
Qualifications : 1.High capacity in the planning. 2. High English language capabilities 3. Highcapacity
in the negotiation. 4. capabilities in the draЌing of commercial
contracts, correspondence and conclude business deals. 5. Good skills in the
use of Ms OЌice and internet use. 6. High-capacity in the preparation of reports.

pressure. 10. mobility between regions or traveling abroad. Responsible for
providing / needed for manufacturing or operating the required raw materials
for the company quality and quality preset in order to be available in a timely
